Red Rose Embroidery can be contacted at info@redroseembroidery.com about this website or an enquiry.
Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. The website does not send that email or store the completed form in an enquiry database. When you choose to send it, Red Rose Embroidery receives the details and attachments you include and uses them to respond to your request and discuss your project. Your email provider will also process the email according to its own terms.
Logo preview
Uploaded images in the preview studio are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to a Red Rose Embroidery server. Downloaded previews are saved on your own device. If you later attach an image to an email, it is sent with that email. Closing or refreshing the studio may clear your design.
Facebook and Instagram
Social links take you to the relevant social platform. The Facebook feed is optional and loads only when you click its load button. Loading it allows Facebook to receive information such as your IP address and browser details, and Facebook may use cookies. You can browse the rest of the website without loading them. See Meta’s privacy policy for details.
Site delivery
The site uses hosting infrastructure to deliver pages and protect the service. Technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider. This version does not add advertising trackers or Google Analytics.
Your information
Contact us if you have a question about personal information you have sent, need it corrected, or would like to request its deletion. We may need to retain relevant correspondence or transaction records where required. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
