Do you offer garment printing as well as embroidery?
Yes. We offer both custom embroidery and garment printing. Tell us what you would like to create, or send your logo and garment ideas, and we will help you choose a suitable finish.
Should I choose embroidery or printing?
Embroidery creates a textured stitched design; printing applies your design to the surface of the garment. The right choice depends on your artwork, fabric, placement and the look you want. We will discuss these with you before quoting.
How do I get a price?
Tell us which garments you need, the approximate quantity, sizes and colours, and where you would like your logo. Send your artwork if you have it. We will confirm the garment options, decoration and delivery cost in your quote.
Can you help if I do not have a logo?
Yes. Red Rose Embroidery offers a logo design service. Tell us about your business and the look you have in mind, and we can discuss the artwork with you.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes, tell us the size and colour breakdown you need. We will check the available garment options and confirm the details with your quote.
Do you deliver outside Lancashire?
Yes. We serve customers locally in Lancashire and across the UK. Delivery arrangements and any charges are confirmed with your quote.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the garments, stock availability, quantity and artwork approval. Tell us your required date when you enquire so we can confirm what is possible before you place an order.
Is the online preview an exact production proof?
The preview is a visual guide to your idea. Screen colours and placement can differ from the finished garment. We check artwork suitability and agree the design details before production.
Can you embroider garments I already own?
Please ask first with the garment type, fabric and a photo. Suitability needs to be checked before we can confirm whether customer-supplied garments can be accepted.
Is there a minimum order?
Send us the quantity you have in mind. We will confirm any minimums and setup costs for your particular garment and design in the quote.
